Workshop: A Splash of Colour - Creating a Tryptic

De-mystify the color wheel and inject new energy into your art in this vibrant, hands-on workshop. "A Splash of Colour" is designed to help you move past "safe" choices and discover how strategic color use can create both high drama and professional unity in a painting.

Using three separate canvas boards, we will explore how different relationships on the color wheel—such as complementary or analogous schemes—can completely transform the mood of a single subject. You will create the same composition three times, experimenting with bold palettes that challenge your intuition and sharpen your eye for balance. To finish, we will connect the three canvases together with a wide ribbon, creating a unique, cohesive triptych that showcases your journey through the spectrum. You’ll leave with a deeper confidence in your color choices and a striking piece of wall art.
